70 years have passed since the events in Radiation 3.

 Frank Harrison goes to the Exclusion Zone to conduct research. However, not everything is as smooth as it seemed: NATO troops have occupied the entire western part of the Zone and are preparing some kind of experiment in the center of the Zone. Along the way, Frank will have to look into the most anomalous part of the Zone - after all, who else will know where the portal storm came from?

This is the fourth project in the Radiation series, the second project made in full 3D, the first project of the HD generation of the series. The project uses Legend RayTracing technology that allows you to use ray tracing on any video cards. The game has improved physics, added support for the open world, ragdoll physics, new artificial intelligence NPCs, new opportunities for modding. 

Now you are not tied to narrow corridors and can explore a huge world consisting of several unique locations. From quiet (but not quite) From the Predbannyk to the anomalous Quiet Pool, which is not as quiet as it may seem to you! Fight the mutated fauna of the Zone and avoid radioactive fields. Look for Easter eggs and references to other games. Keep your eyes peeled and don't screw up the anomaly, otherwise you'll get your ass fried. The truck will save you from the bites of cute zombies and fluffy spiders, but each driver will have his own olive forty-fifth caliber. Kick the ears of the unleashed warriors, feed the hungry zombies with lead, chick-brick around the campfires, if you see the "Keep Out" sign - you've come to the right place.
